Human trafficking is something the Lord has begun to speak to me about since I moved to Kansas City. It actually seems like he's begun speaking to a lot of people -- this is the most recent video from the organization being started here at IHOP to combat this injustice... There's a fire here about working justice in a way that preaches the gospel, and that is such an important issue to address. Watch the video, and check out www.exoduscry.com.

I just saw that movie "Taken" tonight which brought this to my mind even more. I'd heard about it before, but after seeing it played out (even if just a movie), it made this all the more real. It's frightening. Much prayer is needed and I'm thankful that IHOP and others are interceding! Thanks for sharing this!
Our responsibility to help the oppressed around the world is what makes me excited about organizations like International Justice Mission - which is utilizing Christian lawyers and other people with influence to help fight against injustice around the world... it seems like God is pressing the issue of justice on the hearts of your generation and mine right now.
